At Viguora, we are committed to delivering products that meet the highest quality standards. Every item is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you encounter any issues, please review our policy below: policy.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements ✅

Returns are accepted only in cases of damage or manufacturing defects.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of preference, dissatisfaction with design, size, or colour, or normal wear and tear.

Please note that custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Replacement Policy🔄

If your product arrives damaged during transit, we will arrange a replacement of the same item.
If the product is unavailable, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued only when a replacement cannot be provided.

Unboxing Video Required:

To process any return or replacement request, a clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory. The video must show:

The package in its unopened condition from all sides
The complete unboxing process
The damaged or defective item clearly visible

Requests without valid video proof will not be considered.

Reporting Timeline

Any damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Once approved, the replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Return Process 🔁

As we currently do not offer reverse pickup, customers are required to ship the product back to our address.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all tags, certificates, and accessories.

Once received, the product will be inspected, and we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your request.

Shipping Charges

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
We will bear the shipping cost for sending the replacement product.

Important Notes

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or regular wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement.
All decisions made by Viguora regarding returns and refunds are final.
